Dr. Alicia Hutchison - Expert Orthodontist in Woodbridge, VA
Education and Academic Achievements
Dr. Hutchison was born and raised in Stafford, VA, and graduated from North Stafford High School. She then attended George Mason University, where she earned her BS in Biology.
She pursued her dental degree at Howard University in Washington, DC, where she achieved the following:
- Consistently placed on the Dean’s List for all four years
- Served as Class Secretary and Student Council Secretary
- Inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society
After earning her dental degree, Dr. Hutchison continued her studies at Howard University for her orthodontic residency. She graduated at the top of her class and was honored with:
- Orthodontic Department Award
- Orthodontic Postdoctoral Award in Biomechanics
Family and Personal Life
When she is not at the office, Dr. Hutchison and her husband, Chris, love to play with their two wonderful daughters. Dr. Hutchison also spends time with her family, who are still located in Stafford. She loves to try new foods and has a well-known sweet tooth. If she weren’t an orthodontist, she would have an all-dessert restaurant!
