Please note: While our appliances are designed to last throughout treatment, replacements due to loss, breakage, or misuse may require additional fees.

What’s Not Covered?

Your treatment investment does not include:

• Dental procedures performed by providers outside our office
• Additional treatment required due to accidents, TMJ issues, or surgical needs

Insurance & Financial Assistance

We accept most orthodontic insurance plans and will work with your provider to help you maximize your benefits. If we are unable to accept direct assignment from your provider, we will gladly submit claims on your behalf for reimbursement.

If your insurance coverage changes at any time during treatment, please notify our office so we can make the necessary adjustments.
