I have only good things to say about this orthodontist! Great experience, kind and personable staff, skilled orthodontist, and super happy with my results. I started my braces treatment in a different state and the transfer of that treatment was simple and more affordable than I thought it would be. I got a couple of different quotes from other places in the area and this place was significantly less, but absolutely not lacking in quality. I’m posting a before and after… my main concern was my lower gaps that had widened over the years. The top gap couldn’t fully close because my front teeth are curved that way, but I don’t mind it, and the orthodontist addressed and fixed every concern I had before braces removal.

Also, I often had to bring my preschooler and the waiting room is very secure and has a kids playroom so my child played in there or watched a kids show while I had my appointment.

Definitely recommend this place.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the minute you walk in the door at Potomac Orthodontics you are greeted like family from all the staff. Excellent communication through email reminders. Dr. H and her staff take the time to explain what they are doing at each visit and address any concerns or questions with patience and professionalism. Their willingness to change an appointment at last minute when an emergency arose was very appreciated. Excellent customer service, Excellent staff. Additionally, my braces just came off and my teeth look GREAT. Very happy patient. I recommend them to everyone I know that has a need for braces.

She really loved her dental assistant! She was really funny and gentle.

I like Dr. Hutchinson she is nice n sweet. She made my Mommy's teeth pretty now she is going to make mine pretty too 😍. I like her magnetic toys in her office too!

We highly recommend! Dr. Hutchinson and all her staff are absolute professionals! Four kids through braces, a couple of them with complicated treatment plans, so many office visits…these folks are top notch!

I've been going here for over three years - had a very complicated case and Dr. Hutchison and her staff have been extremely patient and helpful. Didn't give up even when it seemed like we weren't making any progress, and probably saved me thousands of dollars in surgeries. Few people will have to go through what I have, but rest assured they will take care of you every step of the way. Incredible technicians who are skilled and really care about your well-being.

Dr. Hutchison and the office staff are fantastic. I had a bad experience with a lousy dentist when I finished my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Hutchison personally called the bad dentists and helped me with that bad experience. That says how good and professional Dr. Hutchison is. Potomac Orthodontics is one of the Best offices that I visited in all my life. Thank you for your excellent service and help.

Got my permanent retainer fixed here a few months ago because the glue came off behind my tooth. They didn’t require to me to be a prior patient which was really helpful because I was new to the area.

They charged $50 per tooth which was wayyyyy cheaper than like 2 other places I called in the area. Ortho was super nice and honest. The front desk girl was sweet as well. Definitely recommend!
